Jane is a Hastings-based poet whose work often explores memory, place, and the details that linger - a shell in a pocket, the echo of a voice, the way light falls at the end of the day. Her poems have appeared in Wild Court, the international poetry journal from King’s College London, and in the Poet Town anthology. She is currently working on her first pamphlet and reads at Twelve Hundred Postcards in Hastings. She is available for poetry events across the South East and also runs poetry workshops.

I was born in North West London but spent much of my youth in and around Fairlight and Hastings, where I also met my husband. I love the rhythm of the coast, the history in the streets, and the small details that spark a poem.
